Shipping policy
At Feelcomfy, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with
reputed national couriers.
Shipping Charges
- Within India: Shipping is FREE for all orders above Rs. 1000. For orders below that amount,
we charge a flat Rs. 75/- shipping fee.
Shipping Times
Because each craftsman and artisan’s process is unique, shipping times may vary. Please refer to
the shipping information on the individual product page for specific shipping times.
Delivery Schedule
Our courier partners deliver shipments from Monday through Saturday, between 9am and 7pm.
Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is 5-7 days subject to factors
beyond our control, including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters
due to weather conditions and strikes.
Address Changes - Address changes will be accepted only if the order has not been shipped.
- Address change is only possible if the new location is within the same state.
Tracking Information
As soon as your package ships/courier , we will email you your package tracking information.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
