 What is FC (Feelcomfy)?
Feelcomfy is small online store for baby and kids Quality products. Our Motto to serve Quality Products to the needs of our buyers (Parents can buy product for their kids or babies since newborn to teens.)

Where are the offices of FC?
Our Registered office at Kolkata the “CITY OF JOY” while the Comfort & happiness are shipped from our warehouses to you, located across India.

What products does FC sell?
We, try to sell quality products of all the leading brands for babies and kids gradually. We are initially concentrating on baby & kids’ section, right from baby / kids’ garments, kids’ toys, books and knowledge-based items with school products. We also communicating for tie-up from some of the leading importers and domestic manufacturers of the country. The items undergo a thorough check by our QA team before they are delivered to you.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?
After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation indicating that your payment has been processed successfully. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address, and you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number to confirm your order.

How do I check my order status?
We will ship your package within 12-72 hours of receiving your order. You will receive an email to your registered address with the courier company’s name and your tracking number. Additionally, we will send you an SMS with the same details.

If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. Note that tracking information may not be available online immediately and could take up to another 24-48 hours to appear as the courier company processes your package.

Is it safe to use my Credit Card Online at FC?
We accept ALL MAJOR CARDS LIKE VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and Debit /Credit Cards issued in India and we use trusted GATEWAY OF ROZARPAY for secure transaction in INDIA. All your transactions online are protected & secured by SSL (secure socket layer) technology from hostinger.com. It encrypts your credit card and relevant information during the entire transaction process. This encryption makes your shopping experience safe and secure

What if an item is out of stock?
We strive to keep all products in stock and focus on offering a curated selection of high-quality items. As our range of products grows and gains your trust, our QC team will approve and expand our offerings.

At checkout, you will be notified if an item you selected is out of stock. In the rare event that we cannot fulfill your order after acceptance, we will inform you within 24 hours. Your payment will be refunded through the same method within 7-10 working days. Please note that some items which are restocked regularly may temporarily show as out of stock.

Are there any other hidden charges like Octroi or Entry tax?
The final price will be displayed at checkout. Our prices are all-inclusive, so there are no additional charges.

How are the products packaged?
Each product is securely wrapped in bubble wrap and safe guard process or packets depending on the products and placed in a sturdy box. The box is sealed to ensure safe delivery to your doorstep

Is it mandatory to register before placing an order?
By default whenever you click on checkout and fill the Order Details Form and finally after payment you get your order details with payment information to your registered mail you are becoming a registered valued customer of FC. Click on MY ACCOUNT section and set the password for next relogging to gain the discount and special offer and coupons. It is recommended that you register with us in order to receive timely offers and also to maintain your account & address details.

How long will it take to receive my orders?
For areas serviced by reputed couriers, delivery will typically occur within 4 to 5 business days after dispatch (excluding Sundays and holidays). Please note that items weighing over 2 kilograms may take an additional couple of days to reach you.

For other areas, we use the Indian Postal Service, and delivery may take 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your location.

Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?
We can only process one shipping address per order.

Who pays for the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders of ₹1000 or more (excluding COD charges, shipping fees, taxes, and any value reductions from coupons or other offers). For orders below ₹1000 (excluding the aforementioned items), a shipping fee of ₹75 will apply.

Please note that additional shipping costs may apply for select pin codes or products, regardless of the order value.

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our delivery partners will make up to three delivery attempts before returning the package to our warehouse. To facilitate a faster delivery, please ensure your mobile number is included in the delivery address.

What is your Replacement Policy?
Replacement Process:

  1. Initiating a Replacement:
    • Request a replacement within this specified period.
  2. Quality Control Inspection:
    • Upon initiating a replacement, the original product will be picked up.
    • At the time of pick-up, the courier partner may perform a doorstep Quality Control Inspection.
    • The inspection will check for:
      • Same brand, style, color, and size.
      • Number of pieces in the pack.
      • Same brand box packaging in resalable condition (no damage).
      • No missing accessories.
      • Security tag on garment.
      • Product usage status (used/unused).
  3. Replacement Approval:
    • If all quality parameters are met, the replacement process will continue.
    • If any parameters are not met, the replacement request may be put on hold. A new request can be raised if the replacement window is still open.
    • Once the original product is received at our facility and passes the quality check, the replacement product will be shipped to you.
  4. Return Conditions:
    • The product must be unused and unwashed, with all original tags intact.
    • It should be returned in the original packaging with a copy of the original invoice.

Return Policy:

If the product is not eligible for replacement due to reasons such as being out of stock or unavailable return pick-up, you may return the product within the specified window after delivery. A refund will be processed after a successful quality check of the returned product. For more details, click on [TOP RIGHT “OTHERS” menu section].

While making payment, what options do I have?
We accept payments by debit or credit card and also through Net Banking.
Credit Cards & Debit Cards - We accept Rozor pay approved VISA, MASTER, RUPAY, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINERS Credit Cards issued in India and we accept QR code and UPI payments also. You can also pay through Cash On Delivery (C-O-D) - You can also pay through Cash On Delivery (COD). In this case you pay in Cash to the courier person while accepting the goods. COD payments would be accepted for orders with total invoice value greater than equal to order valued  and up to Rs. 3,000/-
Cash On Delivery Charges:
Above or Equal to Rs.1000:- COD charges may vary based on pin-codes

  • Less than Rs.1000:- COD charges may vary based on pin-codes. A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 75 is applicable with this order value

FC, at its ‘sole discretion, may choose to modify the COD charges from time to time.

 What is Quality Control Inspection at doorstep?

Process for Return/Exchange/Replacement:

  1. Initiating a Request:
    • Raise a Return/Exchange/Replacement request for the product.
    • We aim to provide a quick, easy, and seamless returns experience.
  2. Quality Check:
    • Our courier partner may perform a simple quality check at your doorstep.
    • During this check, they will verify:
      • Same brand, style, color, and size.
      • Number of pieces in the pack.
      • Same brand box packaging in resalable condition (no damage).
      • No missing accessories (laces, flower, bow, tie, etc.).
      • Security tag on garment.
      • Product usage status (used/unused).
  3. Approval Process:
    • Upon acceptance of the return, your Return/Exchange/Replacement request will be approved.
    • If any parameters are not met, the request may be put on hold. You can raise another request as long as the window for that product has not expired.
  4. Return Conditions:
    • The product must be unused and unwashed, with all original tags intact.
    • It should be returned in the original packaging with a copy of the original invoice.
